1. Having a fun and active (but relaxing weekend);
2. Waking up ready for a full week of work;
3. Making plans for the week ahead and the coming weekend;
4. Feeling I’ve been eating well and mostly choosing healthy food options;
5. Coming up with this list fairly quickly.
