Eat Puglia

In a previous post, Judith Schrut wrote joyfully of her recent cycling trip to Puglia in southern Italy. Now she’s back, to share more about the region, particularly its fabulous food and wine and where best to taste it.

“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well if one has not dined well,” Virginia Woolf once observed.

You’ll easily do all of these when visiting southern Italy’s “heel of the boot” region of Puglia. Certainly, with so much delicious food and drink to match picture postcard scenery and warm hospitality, your days here are sure to start and end with gorgeous gastronomy.
