1. Getting things off my chest in a constructive manner;
2. Sitting up in bed, drinking coffee and plotting out the day ahead;
3. Realising there’s some fun stuff for me to do today;
4. Scruffing the head of the neighbours’ cat;
5. Zoning out while listening to all the birds chirping and singing outside my window.
