Five Good Things | #5GoodThings #5GoodThingsCovid19

1. Getting things off my chest in a constructive manner;
2. Sitting up in bed, drinking coffee and plotting out the day ahead;
3. Realising there’s some fun stuff for me to do today;
4. Scruffing the head of the neighbours’ cat;
5. Zoning out while listening to all the birds chirping and singing outside my window.

Please stay in touch, consider creating your own lists of five (or more) positive things, and look after your health and that of your loved ones and neighbours as never before.

Love,
Chris

    Cheers to number 1:) I imagine there’s a lot of stuff on a lot of chests out there…getting it out in a collective cloud might ease lungs a bit. Siiiiigh:)
