A Word about Cosplay by My Outsourced Content Creator from the Philippines
Here’s a third post from Eloise, my outsourced content creator from the Philippines. Not only does she love to bake; she’s a huge fan of cosplay too.
Cosplay
I was recently invited to a cosplay event last month. I was so excited I asked a friend to help me make my costume. However, when the date of the event came, I was so buried with work I forgot to follow up and join. My costume wasn’t even finished and ready for photos as well. I was disheartened for some time although I know all will be well soon.
My love for cosplay came from being a fan of animes and Japanese mangas. I grew up watching those things on television. I and my brother would rather watch anime than the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers! I am aware of the Japanese influence that these animes had brought me. However, I am thankful for it. Animes are very different from fairy tales and other cartoon stuff that most kids today are being subjected to. In a fairy tale, the main character is being portrayed as beautiful, hardworking, great singers and can sometimes talk to animals because of the misery that they are into. They often get help from fairy godmothers to fight evil queens for beauty and a rightful place in a palace.
Anime characters are way better. They have attitude, super powers, weakness and a whole lot of friends that also has a painful story of their own. Anime characters are easy to relate to. This is mainly the reason why I got into cosplaying. Plus, cosplaying is cool. It really is! People will take notice of you not as you are but as the character you are playing. Of course people will know the real you eventually but the fact that you can be who you want to be is very nice especially for shy people. I was shy once. I often get a stage fright when I feel an imaginary limelight is pointed at me. Cosplaying helped me a lot in building up my confidence.
The characters I cosplay are those that I often relate to in life. I know they are not real. I have a sound sense of what’s a fantasy and what’s not. It’s just that there are certain characteristics in an anime character that people can relate to and say, “Hey, she’s just like me” and you cannot stop thinking about it. And as for me, to cosplay that character is to make me stop thinking too much about it or that I just like the character so much that I want to feel how it feels to be that person, even for just a few hours. Sometimes, I just get challenged by the intricate designs of the armor.
Making my costumes is not really easy, I tell you. I am not the type of person who knows and loves to sew clothes so making my costumes is double hard. Thankfully, I have a friend who’s so into dressmaking that she even makes me her living mannequin. Now all I have to do is find the best kinds of cloths for my suits and make the trinkets, necklace designs and do the makeup. The swords and other accessories have to be made by hand as well. Cosplaying must be as accurate to the anime. My recent cosplay character is Kallen Stadtfeld of Code Geass. I have a photo of her shown. If you’ve ever seen this Mecha-anime, you’d understand why she’s on my list. If not, try watching this anime and see if you like it.
I will be sharing with you the final costume me as the character Kallen Stadtfeld in the next few weeks. In the meantime, I’ll show you some photos of my friends doing cosplay.
Do you have any questions for Eloise or maybe some suggestions for future subjects she could write about or photograph for me? If so, say hi and leave a friendly comment. Thanks.

Twenty Nights of Global Feasting at Stratford (Great British Chefs)
Only a couple of minutes walk from Stratford Station, Westfield and the Olympic Park is Stratford’s Old Town Hall. But the building could be a world away if you didn’t know any better. And for a glimpse of pre-Olympic grandeur Stratford, a stroll through ye olde Stratford Centre offers an almost retro take on life in East London before the 2012 hoopla.
Test Driving the Nokia 808 PureView
As I said a couple of days ago in my New Toy post, the Nokia 808 PureView “deserves a proper test drive” before an actual review. So, I hit the streets with my 808 and gave it a thorough vrooming all over town to see what the “next breakthrough in photography” had to offer.
So far, so wow. I like this gadget. A lot. For street photography, the 808 handles like a dream. It’s lightweight (what you’d imagine any phone to weigh) and discreet – total advantages if you’re trying to blend with your surrounding and not come across as a mega-tourist or paparazzi.
I’m not really a “specs” sort of guy or at least not much of a “specs” writer, but here are some 808 features worth mentioning:
- 41MP sensor, Carl Zeiss lens, PureView imaging technology and Full HD video;
- Preloaded Nokia Maps, turn-by-turn satnav for over 100 countries;
- Four inch display screen;
- Still image editor (which has some limitations but is still way awesome).
Intrigued? Plenty more techie detailed specifications here.
In all honesty, it took me a little while to adjust to the 808 (much more powerful and with many more functions than other camera phones I’ve used and just a completely different experience to my DSLR and compacts). But not an insane amount of time; I got the hang of it soon enough and have found that the more I use it the more intuitive the 808 experience seems and the better I’m able to get the shots I’m after. I have one complaint: it takes an excruciatingly long time to load when I turn it on. However, I must say that, once the phone is on, the battery seems to keep going for eternity. The camera function is pretty quick and responsive too. Since figuring out the basics, I’ve yet to miss a shot.
I don’t think I’m going handover my DSLR anytime soon. But, if you told me I had to take the 808 as my only camera on my next holiday, I’d be okay with that. In fact, I’d have probably have a blast. The 808 is handy and compact and yields crisp, high rez images that I’m able to immediately share via email and most of my social channels (remember it’s a smartphone too).
Anyway, as you may have heard, there’s this big global sports thingy about the happen here in London. I reckon having my PureView at hand while roaming around town to check out the good, bad and ugly of London 2012 will offer an excellent opportunity to soak up the “once in a lifetime” atmo.
Yep, I’m gonna zoom zoom zoom in on these games!
More pics from my Nokia 808 PureView “test drive” here. Stay tuned to this blog for more PureView stuff to come.
Keep Out of London and Carry On 2012
Ready or not, here it comes. The London 2012 Olympic Games are upon us. So, what’s the best plan of action for catching up with colleagues and business partners during this time? It might just be to get a meeting room in Birmingham.
I don’t mean to be flippant. I think the Olympics will turn out to be a net positive for my beloved London. And the all-eyes-on-the-capital/welcome-to-the-centre-of-the-world feeling is kinda neat. Personally, I’m looking forward to getting to see a few events. And some job-related opportunities have come along for me, my girlfriend and a few close acquaintances that have made me be a little more pro-Olympics than I reckoned I might have been otherwise.
But I’ve just gotta say, London already appears to be overwhelmed by all the fuss – and the Opening Ceremony hasn’t even commenced. The streets and the Tube are heaving with even more people than usual for such a touristy time of year. British Airways is capitalising on the Games by suggesting its potential passengers “Don’t fly. Stay home,” while Transport for London is advising people to “avoid central London, the Olympic Route Network (ORN) and areas around venues during Games time.”
Maybe BA’s onto something that’s more than just a tongue in cheek way to support Team GB. And anybody who’s had the pleasure of trying to drive on London’s busy roads or use its clanging public transport system at the most normal of times should realise that if TfL is telling you to stay away that’s probably a very good idea indeed. If you need to be punctual, focused, flexible, responsive (insert whatever positive business attribute adjectives here), then London ain’t gonna cut it for the next month or so. Why bother?
From a business perspective, all the hubbub in London presents an excellent opportunity to check out another city or area of the country. You’ll probably save a heap of money too. Leave London to the Games Makers and get on with your job in relative peace.

New Toy: Nokia 808 PureView
You’ve heard about the new Nokia 808 PureView, right? You know, the world’s most powerful camera phone? It’s the first smartphone to feature Nokia PureView imaging technologies, bringing together high resolution sensors, Carl Zeiss optics and Nokia developed algorithms, all of which are going to support new “high-end imaging experiences” for future Nokia devices.
Oh yeah, you can make calls, send texts and emails and all that mobile phone stuff with the 808 as well. But this post is really just about the camera. Check out this CNET UK review for info about the actual phone aspects of the 808 (and note the difference between CNET’s rating and the rating given to the 808 by readers; interesting).
The phone’s 41 megapixel sensor with high-performance Carl Zeiss optics and new pixel oversampling technology mean that at the highest-resolution setting you can capture an image and then zoom, reframe, crop and resize afterwards to expose previously unseen details. Wow. And, at the standard resolution of five megapixels, the PureView uses a new sort of oversampling technology to capture and condense up to seven pixels of information in the sensor into one perfect pixel in the picture – for the sharpest images imaginable.
Essentially, what all the techno garble translates into is an amazing photography experience that’ll fit snug in your pocket and promises to give your DSLR or bridge compact camera a real run for the money. The Pureview’s retail price looks to be around or just under £500. That might actually be an alright price for it too. I mean, if this truly is the “next breakthrough in photography” as Nokia asserts, 500 quid is a small price to pay for the chance to get acquainted with what the future holds for anybody interested in taking crisp, detail-rich photographs.
So far – just opening the box, charging the phone up and messing around with it – I’ve got to say this gadget is a lot of fun. The more I shoot with it (which, honestly, has been very little at this point) the more I want to shoot with it. I can see a strong argument for Nokia’s “breakthrough” claim already. But I think this beast of a camera in the guise of a petite mobile beauty deserves a proper test drive before I actually review the 808 or show off any pics taken with it.
Stay tuned …

Christmas in July: Thorntons Chocolates
Wha?! Christmas in July. Yep, I dropped in on the Thorntons Christmas preview shizzle dizzle the other day, like I did a couple of weeks ago for the Harvey Nics’ and Carluccio’s previews.
Highlights? Well, Christmastime is family time with Thorntons, and for 2012 the 101 year old chocolate maker has some fantastic new treats such as a hand decorated Continental Chocolate Tree Centrepiece (suggested retail, £20), a 100 piece Chocolate Treasures box of “100 delicious Thorntons’ chocolates including many indulgent favourites and new fabulous flavours” (£35) and a new Family Night In box of chocolates, with a “chocolate wheel of fun” to keep everybody round the table having fun (£10). There’s a lot of other new stuff coming out for the festive season, best keep an eye out for the yuletide yummies at thorntons.co.uk.
And don’t forget to check out Thorntons’ “Next Great British Chocolate” competition (as mentioned in this previous post) for a chance to win a year’s worth of free chocolate.

Money. Like Fire …
Money.
Like fire, it can be your best friend or your worst enemy. You need money to light your way toward finance freedom, but it’s easy get burnt. Of course, if you don’t make enough of it, you’ll be left out in the cold (or in the dark … use whichever metaphor you prefer).
If you’re careful, taking on a reasonable amount of debt can be a smart choice for catching a flame than will provide the right amount of light and warmth for the right amount of time. But don’t let that fire get out of hand! If it does blaze beyond your control, and you find yourself having to look here for credit card debt consolidation and there for other debt-related solutions, then take a methodical approach to extinguishing the problem, prioritise, stay focused and by all means get help if you need to.
Yes, looking into how to borrow money wisely before you actually need to do so is the best step. Of course, nobody’s perfect, and sometimes it only takes one emergency or misstep to cause what could soon turn into a ranging inferno.
Managing your financial situation can often feel like playing with fire. This is especially true if you’re trying to get out of debt. The money/fire analogy is a good one to keep in mind as you make your way through life. Getting an education, advancing your career, starting a business, buying a home – increasingly you’ve got to borrow money not only to get ahead these days but to simply try and keep pace with society. Understanding the risks inherent to taking on debt (or not) as well as the benefits should help make you smoking success.

Making Pizza Dough from Scratch
Last night I tried Baking Mad’s “how to make pizza dough” recipe, my first attempt at making my own pizza completely from scratch. The results were promising with any imperfections having more to do with my own general inadequacies in the kitchen and an inability to figure out the intricacies of my confounded oven than with the recipe itself.
In retrospect (and to keep in mind for next time), I probably would have added a little more salt and a little less sugar than suggested. That’s just my personal preference though. Other than that, I really liked giving this recipe a spin. It was quite easy to follow. Cheap too. Minus what I put on top of the base, the recipe only called for four very basic ingredients (strong white bread flour, salt, yeast, unrefined golden caster sugar and warm water).
Maybe I’m being hard on myself. I mean, my girlfriend and I stuffed our faces (I wasn’t even hungry) with my creation. I made one small pizza from the dough and after wolfing that one down, I immediately went on to make another – which was much better crust-wise than my first attempt.
The best thing about giving this recipe a go was that I could see how next time I follow it my pizzas will be a whole lot closer to perfecto. Essentially, I needed to kneed a little more. I’ll make the effort to get some better mozzarella than what I had in stowed in my fridge as well.
I must say the sauce I made was rocking. Sorry, I won’t be sharing that house recipe, but here’s a link to the Baking Mad pizza dough recipe I used:

Red Velvet Cake and Cupcakes for Dummies by My Outsourced Content Creator from the Philippines
Did you read last week’s introductory post by Eloise, my outsourced content creator from the Philippines? If you did then you read about her love of baking. For her second post, I bounced around a bunch of ideas with Eloise, and she came back to me with the following:
Red Velvet Cake and Cupcakes for Dummies
I have a lot of interests that I indulge myself into. One of these interests is cooking. I just love it when after a long and tiring day I can make something that can put a smile and satisfy me and my family as well. My mom taught me to cook easy to make traditional cuisine when I was in the third grade. She was strict and made me cook rice – our staple food – after she let me see how to do it. She taught me how to make sweets and desserts and many delish Filipino dishes too. However, I can still vividly recall how I taught myself to bake. With my mom being strict, she did not allow any of us to touch anything from the kitchen when it’s not time to make food. Maybe I was craving for bread at that time or saw a cooking demo on TV, I don’t know, but I managed to sneak a heaping cup of flour from the cupboard and hid in my room. I went back to the kitchen and got myself some clean water, a bowl, sugar, salt and an old packet of yeast.
I have no idea how to do it, all I remember from seeing my mother make bread is that mixing flour and water makes dough. So I mixed all my ingredients together, silently doing it with a fork. In no time, my forehead was sweating profusely as I was extremely nervous due to not knowing what I am doing and the anxiety of what will happen if my mom finds out. What if the door just burst open and there she is? What if I spilled flour and water in my room and when she cleans it she’d know what I did? Too many what ifs made me very anxious about what I’m doing. I wiped my face with a clean cloth and continued mixing until I ended up cupping the mixture and balling it in my hands. When I think I was done kneading the “dough”, I flattened it and poured spoonfuls of brown sugar in the middle and balled it again. I suddenly remembered that the oven is in the kitchen! I have to go put the dough in the oven! I swore I’m not going to do it again as I wend and tiptoed my way to the kitchen. Realizing I have no idea how to turn an oven on, I looked around for something to save my sanity. I have to hide the flour ball and throw it outside.
Looking in one side of our kitchen I saw something that I thought would save me. The oven toaster! I went and snuck the thing and hurriedly went back to my room and placed the dough in the toaster’s plate, turned the toaster on and prayed it will not ring as loud as it always had. In the end, I finally managed to cook/bake it and was eating munching on one cooled side when my dad saw me and asked where I got the warm bread. He told me he thought he sniffed some baked bread inside the house but found there was none. I gave the other chunk of that shapeless thing and when he tasted it, he said it was good but that something was off or missing. I didn’t care about the other things he said. He already got me when he said it tasted good.
From there started my baking enthusiasm. I have learned many things since then about baking and I will share with you another one of my experiments. This recipe is not at all new, albeit, it is a famous one. But you must know I made my own recipe after I tasted one from a restaurant.
Here’s my version of the Red Velvet Cake/Cupcake.
You must prepare firsthand the ingredients needed for the cake:
- A cup and a half of white granulated sugar
- Two medium-large sized eggs
- Half a cup of unsalted butter
- 2 ⅓ cups of cake flour
- Two tablespoons cocoa powder
- A teaspoon of baking soda
- A teaspoon of vanilla
- A teaspoon of baking powder
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- A cup of buttermilk*
- A teaspoon of white vinegar
- 1 ½ tablespoons of red food colour
- 1-2 225g packs of cream cheese
- 1-3 cups confectioner’s sugar
- Another half a cup of unsalted butter
The mixing and baking part:
1. Start off by preheating oven at 180⁰C and then sifting the dry ingredients. Sift cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl.
2. Make sure that the butter, eggs and buttermilk are at room temperature. Butter should be soft to touch but not melted.
3. Pour vinegar, vanilla and the food colour in the buttermilk. *A good buttermilk substitute is 1 cup of fresh milk mixed with 1 tablespoon white vinegar mixed and left for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.
4. In a mixing bowl, mix the first half a cup of butter and granulated sugar first, making sure both are well incorporated. Add the eggs one at a time.
5. Add a portion of the sifted dry ingredients to the mixing bowl and beat. Add a portion of the wet ingredients and mix well again.
6. Liquid ingredients should be divided into three pouring and the dry ingredients to 4 additions, making the dry ingredients the last to be added.
7. Mix until all is incorporated but not overbeaten.
8. Pour into cupcake cups in prepared cupcake trays or line a 9 inch pan with oil or butter and pour the contents in.
9. Bake cupcakes at 180⁰C until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Bake the cake at 160⁰C until skewer comes out clean.
10. Let cool on room temperature before frosting.
The frosting part:
1. Cream cheese should be at room temperature. Sift confectioner’s sugar.
2. Mix the other half a cup of butter and 1 pack of cream cheese.
3. Add the sifted sugar. Depending on your desired taste, add another cup of sugar or cream cheese and pipe it on the cooled cupcakes or apply on cake.
4. Enjoy!
Do you have any questions for Eloise or maybe some suggestions for future subjects she could write about or photograph for me? If so, say hi and share your ideas in the comments section. Thanks.

Big Smoke BBQ at Whole Foods Market Kensington
Whole Foods Market’s flagship store in Kensington has redesigned its first floor to introduce some new restaurant “venues” and create more space for eat-in customers.
I paid a lunchtime visit today and was really impressed with the spacious and efficient feel of the dining area as well as the food that was on offer. I was particularly interested in the new Big Smoke venue. This new BBQ venue has its own smoker (with some at-the-pit experience by North Carolina born head chef Michael Weber).
I had a big ole plate of the Big Smoke’s pulled pork replete with coleslaw and cornbread. One meat and two sides for just under a tenner seemed fair enough, especially considering the copious amounts of meat (almost couldn’t finish it all) heaped on my plate. Other yum stuff they serve includes ribs, brisket, Chicago hot link sausages, rotisserie chicken and more. It’s worth noting all the meat is of British origin and produced with a high level of animal welfare. They’ve got good sauces too. The tomatillo avocado sauce intrigued while the Kansas City BBQ sauce pimore than met my standards.
If I lived nearby I would be rejoicing. As it stands, I’m on the other side of town. But I definitely can see myself dropping by for more of the same or to try something else from the smoker … or maybe even a slice of pizza …
Beyond the BBQ, the renovated first floor has four other new dining options (along with the already well established eateries such as Saf and Shabu Shabu). There’s Wok Street for takeaway Asian street food, Bowls of Goodness for “greens, grains and beans,” Cantina Mexican for yep you guessed it, and Mama’s Pizzeria for some really nice looking pizzas available by the slice.
Whole Foods Market Kensington is located at 63-97 Kensington High Street, The Barkers Building, W8 5SE.

British Airways Home Advantage
British Airways invited me out to its Waterside international head office at Heathrow last week. The invite was a teaser of what’s to come with their Home Advantage Influencer Programme (apparently, somebody at BA reckons I’m influential – neato!). It also served as a very fun taxi down BA’s memory runway.
You’ve heard about BA’s Home Advantage campaign, right? And surely you’ve seen those “Don’t Fly. Support Team GB” ads? It’s all pretty cool stuff. I just wonder how BA got permission – and how much they had to pay – to use The Clash’s London Calling in the ads. I can tell you this: the BA folk are extremely proud of and absolutely loving their role as the official airline partner of the London 2012 Olympic Games. They’ve got a whole lot of killer stuff lined up around the Home Advantage campaign too.
Maybe even a little cooler for a geek like me was getting to visit the British Airways Heritage Centre, aka the Speedbird Centre. Located at the heart of BA’s HQ, the centre is home to the British Airways Heritage collection which preserves the records and artefacts of BA predecessor companies BOAC, BEA, BSAA and the pre-war Imperial Airways and British Airways Ltd.
The collection is comprised of all sorts of ephemera, memorabilia and artefacts as well as more than 130 uniforms from the 1930s to the present day, a large collection of aircraft models, pics of celebrities and other notable passengers through the years and lots more.
Taking a gander at the old stewardess uniforms was a retro hoot (very Mad Men) and viewing the handwritten charts of the 1952 flight Princess Elizabeth took to Kenya and her returning flight as Queen was a fascinating bit of history to have laid out on a table in front of me.

Getting the hint after record sales of English wine during the Diamond Jubilee weekend, the Wine & Spirit Education Trust recently launched its first English Wine tasting class aimed at consumers.
Hosted by Julia Trustram Eve (Marketing Director at English Wine Producers), the two-hour class was held on Thursday 12 July and featured 12 English wines.
Yep, I was at the tasting. Thoroughly enjoyed myself too.
My fave among the dozen sampled was without a doubt the Nyetimber Blanc de Blancs 2003. Sparkling … 100% Chardonnay … suggested retail value around £35 … crisp, fruity, some characteristics similar to a dry sherry … delish!
Says Ian Harris, Chief Executive of the WSET:
We’re really excited to offer a new class to consumers which will explore English wine for the first time, and hope that this tasting will become a yearly event.
Indeed, if you’re reading this post and are even moderately intrigued in Engish wine, you should be hopeful too. And honestly, I think there’s more than enough demand and thirst for WSET to do tastings similar to what I experienced well more often than once a year.
About the Wine & Spirit Education Trust:
WSET located at the International Wine & Spirit Centre, 39-45 Bermondsey Street, SE1 3XF. It’s the largest global provider of qualifications in the field of wines and spirits. WSET qualifications are formally recognised by the UK Government and have a strong reputation worldwide. WSET courses are currently available in 58 countries and in 17 languages and in the last twelve months over 45,000 people sat for a WSET qualification.
Of course, in addition to all the pro stuff, WSET offers one off classes and such for the general public. Check its evening tasting page for further details.

Great Little Scandi Cafe – Cooper & Wolf – Opens on Chatsworth Road E5
Kemey and I literally stumbled upon this place yesterday en route to another newly opened eatery on Chatsworth Road. However, Cooper & Wolf looked so inviting, we ditched our plans and popped in this friendly Scandinavian coffee shop. I’m so glad we did.
Cooper & Wolf is only about a week old but already seems to have a strong following of loyal locals. They offer a delectable assortment of Nordic dishes such as Norwegian smoked salmon from Hansen & Lydersen (the best I’ve ever had!), home made Swedish meatballs and pickled herring along with plenty of healthy vegetarian options. They serve Caravan coffee too.
Prices seem reasonable. Ample mains cost between £6 and £10. My value-for-money sensibility was given a delicious pat on the back for ordering the pickled herring potato gratin with boiled egg, Kalles Kaviar and lots of fresh salad (£9.50). Hot drinks cost around two quid or less.
The vibe is eclectic and homespun, Scandi with a touch of Clapton edge. And the people behind the counter came across as incredibly appreciative of our patronage, very accommodating and especially cool managing a full house after only being open a short time.
Yes, I know. Cooper & Wolf sounds fantastic. Don’t rush down there immediately though! They’re closed on Mondays (for the time being). It might be a few days before for they get the WiFi sorted as well. But once they do, I’ll be the moustachioed dude with American accent tapping away on his Macbook.
Cooper & Wolf is located at 145 Chatsworth Road, E5 0LA. Visit them online at cooperandwolf.co.uk and on Facebook.

Create the Next Great British Chocolate and Win a Year’s Worth of Thornton’s Chocolate
In search of the “next great chocolate flavour,” British chocolate brand Thorntons, has launched a Great Chocolate Britain Chosen By You competition. Thorntons is looking for chocolate creations from across the whole country. What chocolate flavour do you think would best represent Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Northwest, the Northeast, Yorkshire and Humberside, the West Midlands, the East Midlands, East Anglia, London and the Southeast or Wales?
The competition is open for entries until the end of July, when all the ideas will be looked at by a panel of experts and whittled down to a top three for each region. The British public will then have the casting vote to decide the top flavour from every region, with one overall winner being announced during Chocolate Week in October.
Think you’ve got a winning idea? You can submit your chocolate creations online for a chance to win a money-can’t-buy chocolatey prize.
The lucky winner will receive a year’s supply of Thorntons chocolate along with a chance visit Thornton Park in Derbyshire to see their chocolate idea come to life in the kitchens with Thorntons’ chocolatiers. Plus their chocolate creation will be launched as part of a new Thorntons’ Handmade Collection.
If you’re looking for some inspiration, have a look at Thorntons’ Best of British range, which was launched earlier this year to celebrate 2012. Along with iconic products such as chocolate flag plaques, lollies and chocolate buses, Thorntons also launched a new range of flavours based on classic British desserts such as Jam Roly Poly, Apple Pie and Custard, Bakewell Tart and Lemon Sussex Pond. For more information on Thorntons’ Best of British range visit thorntons.co.uk.
