It’s always hard to feel at our best in January and February. We’re back at work, the weather is miserable, and we’re re-adjusting to life after coming off all the endless snacks and treats of the holiday season.

During that first month of the year, it’s tempting to just hide under the duvet and wait for it to go away, and pretend that we didn’t make that list of things we were going to do this year.

But the good news is that we’re done with January, and with the first month of 2021 very much in our rear-views, it’s time to look forward and start to settle into a routine that will help us to keep putting our best foot forward.
