So I’m happy to announce that my collaboration with premium coffee brand, Melitta, will continue for another year.

Here are the three best reasons why salsa chicken can be a star of any dinner.

During that first month of the year, it’s tempting to just hide under the duvet and wait for it to go away, and pretend that we didn’t make that list of things we were going to do this year.
But the good news is that we’re done with January, and with the first month of 2021 very much in our rear-views, it’s time to look forward and start to settle into a routine that will help us to keep putting our best foot forward.

As wonderful and exciting as that is, there are places that are so much more unspoiled, and almost untouched by modern man that they might be the most remote travel locations on Earth. Travel to these places lets us see how Earth was when it was in its natural state. What Earth looked like, and, felt like, and smelled like before civilization, pollution, suburbs, and office complexes. Travel to a place where the effort to get there makes it unique in this day of instant gratification.

Obviously, Covid-19 has put one hell of a damper on the prospect of pursuing all sorts of activities that normally would help me kick the January blues.
